Join The Eisenhower Elementary School PTO
On behalf of the PTO we would like to welcome you back to a new school year and to extend a warm welcome to all of our NEW families joining us this year.
We would like to take this opportunity to INVITE YOU TO JOIN THE PTO!
We are a non-profit group made up of parents, guardians and teachers/staff who work to provide various activities for all the students at Eisenhower.
We have a full calendar already planned for this year full of activities and events for your student. There are COUNTLESS ways for you to be involved to make these events a HUGE SUCCESS! Whether you are a parent employed full time out of or in the home, we have so many ways for you to be involved.
Your PTO membership includes:
• Opportunities to be involved in all of our events both during and after school hours (non-members cannot volunteer due to insurance liability issues)
• The ability to earn volunteer points which are needed to be able to participate in the end of the year field day
• The ability to participate in our monthly business meetings and vote on any issues we may present and receive copies of our minutes and treasurer’s report
An individual membership is $8 and a family membership (multiple people in one family) is $12.00. Please remember, each person must be listed as a PTO member in good standing to volunteer at ANY event during the year. By completing the form below you agree to abide by the code of ethics and conduct on the reverse side of this letter. Please enclose cash or check made out to Eisenhower PTO and return it to school with your student ($10 fee for all returned checks).
